PS - Can't help but think about how it can be gluten free related. I was TOTALLY psyched when Sweet Boutique Bakery in Town Square announced they are having gluten free cake pops on Fridays and Saturdays in chocolate and vanilla. Then they said although they use different bowls, utensils, oven, etc, it's still not a 100% wheat free environment (being a bakery and all) so they don't recommend it for those with serious gluten allergies =( I wanted to surprise you with them but I rather you not suffer. Glad they were honest about it, but still bummed. Well, one closer step at a time!
